Midgley West Chorus White Tile 30"x30" - Natural

The Chorus White in 30" x 30" is large enough that the subfloor has to be flat first, because a tile this size telegraphs every dip underneath. The look is worth the prep. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Porcelain is the hard wearing one. It is what we put down in a hallway, an entry or anywhere boots and grit arrive. A box holds 12.12 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
