This is a glue-down (dryback) vinyl, meaning each plank is adhered directly to the subfloor rather than floated. That makes it rock-solid underfoot with no movement or hollow sound, ideal for big open areas and commercial rooms, and a single plank can be replaced without disturbing the rest. A flat, dry subfloor is essential. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. It is backed by a 20-Year Wear residential and 10-Year Wear commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Tree Swing Oak, Linen Oak, Daylight Oak, Summer Truffle Oak, and Arrowhead Oak.
