Daltile Travertine Light Noche

Pieces this small are what make a shower floor work, and Travertine Light Noche, 2" x 2", is no exception: the mesh follows the fall to the drain instead of fighting it. A honed surface sits between matte and polished: a little depth, none of the glare, and better underfoot than a full polish. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. There is far more grout per square foot here than with a big tile. Pick the grout colour deliberately, because it is half of what you will see. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
