It has a clean, smooth surface, and comes in a narrower 4-1/4" plank suited to smaller rooms. Amaretto is genuine solid oak, one piece of wood you can sand and refinish repeatedly, and recolour if your style changes. It suits dry, above-grade rooms over a wood subfloor; where moisture is a factor, hardwood flooring is the stable alternative. It carries a 35 year residential warranty.
