In simple terms: Canadian Standard CS is an 8mm AC4 rated water-resistant laminate. It is meant for the rooms where water is part of daily life, and our own crew installs it.

Here is what you are actually buying. CS runs an 8mm board, the standard residential thickness, stable underfoot and compatible with most existing subfloors. It carries an AC4 wear rating, a step above standard that holds up to busy family households, hallways, and main floors. It has a water-resistant core, which lets it handle the spills and humidity that would swell a standard laminate at the joints.

Because of that core, CS holds up in the rooms that sink a standard laminate: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries. The range includes tones such as Crown Point, Wood Land, Lake View, Laurel Ridge, and Town Mill.
