1867 Floors Concerto Edge Water-Resistant Laminate

In simple terms: 1867 Floors Concerto Edge is a 12.3mm AC3 rated water-resistant laminate. It is meant for the rooms where water is part of daily life, and our own crew installs it.

The Concerto Edge range is built around a range of wood-look tones. The range includes tones such as Adagio, Gamma, Moderato, Opus, and Requiem.

The construction backs up the look. Concerto Edge runs a 12.3mm board on the thicker end of the range, which gives a solid, quiet step and bridges minor subfloor irregularities better than thin planks. It carries an AC3 wear rating, suited to normal residential traffic such as bedrooms and quieter living areas. It installs with a Valinge angle-and-drop click system, a glue-free floating install that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It is rated for 24 hours of surface water protection, which in practice means a spill, a melting ice cube, or a wet boot will not swell the seams as long as it is wiped up in good time. It is backed by a 30-Year residential and 5-Year commercial warranty. That construction is what lets Concerto Edge go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life.
