Centura Stone Union Flint Matte Porcelain 12" x 24"

Stone Union Flint is a 12" x 24" porcelain tile from Centura's Stone Union range. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 12" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 10 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 927 - Light Pewter. Boxes hold 8 pieces and cover 15.42 sq ft, or 1.9279 sq ft a piece.
