Centura Stone Union Greige Matte Porcelain 12" x 24"

Centura lists Stone Union Greige in the Stone Union range: a 12" x 24" porcelain tile. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 12" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 10 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 973 - Warm Taupe. Boxes hold 8 pieces and cover 15.42 sq ft, or 1.9279 sq ft a piece.
