Centura Miyako Desert Matte Porcelain 4" x 6"

Centura lists Miyako Desert in the Miyako range: a 4" x 6" porcelain tile. It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Boxes hold 40 pieces and cover 6.49 sq ft, or 0.1623 sq ft a piece. Porcelain is fired denser than ordinary ceramic, which is why it takes on wet areas and heavy traffic that a wall tile would not.
