Centura Hex XL Ecostone Inverno Grey Matte Mosaic 12" x 12"

Hex XL Ecostone Inverno Grey is a 12" x 12" mosaic from Centura's Hex XL Ecostone range. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. The hexagon format breaks up the grid a square or rectangular tile would give you. The slip rating is R11, enough grip for consistently wet areas including shower floors, pool surrounds and covered patios. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 5.3 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 939 - Mist. One box contains 6 pieces, enough for 5.24 sq ft, or 0.8734 sq ft a piece.
