Basic Hexagon/Octagon Octagon White is a 12" x 12" mosaic from Centura's Basic Hexagon/Octagon range. It is finished with a satin sheen, halfway between matte and gloss. Shade variation is rated V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. The hexagon format breaks up the grid a square or rectangular tile would give you. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 6 mm. Centura matches it to grout 949 - Silverado.
