Ultralite Pro Grey Mortar is a lightweight polymer-enriched mortar, rated to ANSI A118.4HET and A118.11, ISO 13007 C1TES1. Reckon on 75 to 90 sq ft from a 25 lb bag with a 1/4" x 1/4" square-notch. Step up to a 1/4" x 3/8" square-notch and it drops to 55 to 65 sq ft, which is why the notch matters more than the bag count. You get 30 minutes of open time. Pot life is over 2 hours. Light traffic at 24 to 48 hours, general traffic at 72 hours, heavy traffic at 7 days. Grout after 24 hours. Bond coat from 3/32" up to 1/2". It is approved over cured concrete, masonry, cement board, exterior-grade plywood indoors, existing tile and terrazzo, and VCT or cutback residue indoors. Keep it off hardwood, OSB, metal, moisture-sensitive stone, resin-backed tile, and pools or spas. The lightweight body is the point: a 25 lb bag covers what a standard 50 lb bag does, so it is half the weight up a staircase for the same floor. On the shelf in Mississauga and Barrie if you are picking up tile anyway.
