COREtec Pro Plus Enhanced HD VV488 Canterbury Elm luxury vinyl plank flooring features a Solid Polymer Core construction designed for durability and everyday residential performance, available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Canterbury Elm COREtec is built to 5.2 mm thickness with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer and UV Acrylic finish for resistance to scratches, wear, and daily foot traffic. COREtec Canterbury Elm includes a 9" x 72" plank format with an enhanced painted bevel edge profile for defined plank character. Installation supports floating or direct glue methods using an Angle/Tap system, and an attached 1.2 mm cork underlayment enhances comfort and sound absorption. This waterproof vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof and each carton covers 36.64 sq ft. Backed by a lifetime residential warranty and a 15-year heavy commercial warranty. Canterbury Elm carries a warm honey-brown elm tone with soft natural grain variation suited for transitional and cottage-inspired interiors. SKU: VV488-02093.
