Anderson Tuftex Enduring Charm Broadloom Carpet

Carpet is the one floor you feel before you see it, and broadloom is still the softest, warmest way to cover a bedroom or a whole lower level.

In simple terms: Anderson Tuftex Enduring Charm is traditional wall-to-wall carpet, installed over an underpad for comfort and sound control. It is a soft, warm choice for bedrooms, stairs, and living spaces, and we install it in-house.

The style and the build: This is a plush cut pile, where the yarns stand upright for a smooth, refined surface that is lovely underfoot. Plush does reveal footprints and tracking, so it is happiest in quieter rooms rather than a busy hallway. It is built on nylon, prized for resilience: nylon recovers its shape under traffic and wears longer than softer fibers, which is why it is the go-to for stairs, hallways, and high-use family rooms. The Softbac backing is lighter and more flexible than a conventional hard backing, which helps it lie flat, stretch cleanly, and stay wrinkle-free underfoot. At a dense 65 oz per square yard of face weight, there is a lot of yarn underfoot, which reads as a plusher, more substantial carpet. The 12-foot roll width means fewer seams across a room, and we place the ones you do need where they show least. It is manufactured in the USA. Colours in the range include Aloe Wash, Angel Falls, Angora, Apricot Ice, Atmosphere, and Autumn Glaze.

It belongs in the soft rooms of a home: bedrooms, family and media rooms, hallways, stairs, and finished basements, where comfort, warmth, and quiet outweigh the need for a wipeable surface. The only rooms to skip are the wet ones, baths and laundries.
