Anatolia Tile Aspen Beachcomber is an 8" x 48" matte porcelain tile. The face gives you a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Anatolia grades variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the floor real movement piece to piece. In a home it suits kitchens, entry halls and main-floor living areas. Commercially it is specified for retail floors, restaurant and cafe dining rooms and hotel lobbies. Anatolia tests it at a DCOF of 0.55, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R9 and Mohs hardness 7. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body measures 10.3 mm. Boxes hold 4 pieces and cover 10.23 sq ft.
