COREtec CT PPLUS E TILE VV870 Amani Marble luxury vinyl tile flooring features an SPC Solid Polymer Core construction designed for durability and everyday residential performance, available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Amani Marble COREtec is built to 5 mm thickness with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer and UV Acrylic finish for resistance to scratches, wear, and daily foot traffic. COREtec Amani Marble includes a 12" x 24" tile format with an enhanced painted bevel edge profile for clean tile definition. Installation supports floating or direct glue methods using an Angle/Tap system, and an attached 1 mm cork underlayment enhances comfort and sound absorption. This ADA compliant, waterproof luxury vinyl tile is 100% waterproof and each carton covers 28.03 sq ft. Backed by a 30-year residential resilient limited warranty covering defects, wear, waterproof, and petproof performance, and a 15-year commercial limited warranty. Amani Marble delivers a warm cream marble tone with flowing dark veining suited for upscale and transitional interiors. SKU: VV870-12253.
