Riche 5204 from the Riche 6.5mm collection is an SPC luxury vinyl plank available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Built to 6.5 mm thickness with a 12 mil wear layer, UV-cured urethane finish, and Valinge 5G/I4F click system, it's engineered to a 2000 kg/m³ density with phthalate-free, formaldehyde-free, and VOC-free certification. The 7-1/8" x 48" plank format installs on, above, or below grade with a pre-attached 1.5 mm IXPE pad and IIC 73/STC 73 sound ratings. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof and FloorScore certified, covering 21.27 sq ft per carton. Backed by a 30-year residential and 12-year commercial limited warranty.
