Beaulieu Skyline Vinyl Plank Flooring

Beaulieu Skyline is luxury vinyl plank with a glue-down build, 100% waterproof, a 22 mil wear layer, carried and installed by Squarefoot Flooring. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

Most vinyl floors look fine in the box; what separates them is the wear layer, the thing that decides whether the floor still looks new in five years.

In simple terms: Beaulieu Skyline is a wood-look vinyl plank that handles water, pets, and busy rooms without complaint. We carry it and install it in-house.

The build and the spec: This is a glue-down (dryback) vinyl, meaning each plank is adhered directly to the subfloor rather than floated. That makes it rock-solid underfoot with no movement or hollow sound, ideal for big open areas and commercial rooms, and a single plank can be replaced without disturbing the rest. A flat, dry subfloor is essential. It has a 22 mil wear layer, the sweet spot for busy homes and light commercial rooms, well above the builder-grade 6 to 12 mil you find in big-box vinyl. On vinyl, that mil number is the best single predictor of how long the floor keeps looking new, more than thickness or price. It is 100% waterproof top to bottom, not merely water-resistant, so kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and entries are all fair game. It carries an IIC rating around 62 and an STC around 68, so it clears the sound-transfer rules most GTA condo boards set, a common sticking point in high-rises. Planks run up to 12 inches wide and 24 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 15-year commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Dubai, Chicago, New York, Turin, and Bangkok.

Installation is in-house and never subcontracted, across the Toronto and Mississauga area up to Barrie and Simcoe County. We check the subfloor, prep it, and set the floor, then handle the trim. Browse our projects or the vinyl installation page.

Decision line: choose Skyline for large open areas, commercial spaces, or anywhere a dead-flat, no-bounce floor matters, and budget for proper subfloor prep.

It is worth seeing Skyline in person before deciding. Visit either showroom, contact us to confirm stock, and see more in the vinyl flooring range.
