The Lume Black Lux in 2 1/5" x 9 1/2" suits a small room. More grout lines than a big tile, but in a powder room or a laundry that is the point: fewer awkward cuts around the fixtures. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
