Ciot Tile Green Rio Slate Natural Cleft 12"x24"

The Green Rio Slate Natural Cleft in 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Being natural stone it is porous, so it wants sealing when it goes down and resealing every few years. Acid is the enemy: lemon, wine and most bathroom cleaners will etch it if they sit. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
