Urban Zebra Ostuni Tufo Matte Porcelain Tile Multiformat

Urban Zebra Ostuni Tufo is a matte porcelain tile in Multiformat, part of the Urban Zebra Ostuni range. The colour is Tufo. It has a stone look.

It is 9.5 mm thick and made in Italy. The edges are non-rectified. The spec sheet lists slip resistance over 0.42, water absorption 0.5% or less and shade variation V3. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

Each box holds 6 pieces and covers 7.95 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 19 boxes, or 21 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares.

The spec sheet lists it as frost resistant, but an outdoor floor also needs the right slip rating and base, so ask us before planning it outside. It is pressed, not rectified, so plan on a slightly wider grout joint.

Our own crews install it. See Urban Zebra Ostuni Tufo at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
