Why Nouvelle Stands Out

Backsplashes and bathroom walls carry more of a kitchen's personality than any appliance, and ceramic is the classic way to do it.

In simple terms: Urban Zebra Nouvelle is a ceramic tile collection from Urban Zebra for walls. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it at both stores and installs it with our own crews.

The range runs in 1" x 6" formats with glossy, 3d glossy, matte and 3d matte finishes. Colourways include Almond Subway, Dijon Subway, Liquen Subway, Old Rose and Old White. The look is subway.

Decision line: Nouvelle is a wall tile. Backsplashes, bathroom walls and feature walls are its home; keep it off floors and choose a floor-rated porcelain there instead.

Tile is quoted as a whole job here, preparation, waterproofing where needed, grout and labour by our own employed crews, never subcontractors. See how we work on the tile installation page, then come compare Nouvelle in person at our Mississauga or Barrie store; a full piece under room light reads differently than any photo.

Still Have Questions?

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.

What is Urban Zebra Nouvelle?
Urban Zebra Nouvelle is ceramic with a subway look, made in Spain, in glossy, 3d glossy, matte and 3d matte finishes, as subway tile. It suits kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, shower walls and feature walls. You can see it at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4) and our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4).
Where can Nouvelle be used?
Ceramic shines on walls, backsplashes and lighter-traffic floors. For heavy floor traffic or outdoor use, porcelain is the harder-wearing choice; we stock both and will give you the straight answer for your room.
Do you install Nouvelle?
Yes, with our own employed installation crews rather than subcontractors, for residential and commercial projects. Tile work is quoted with preparation, waterproofing where needed, and grout included, so the number you get is the whole job.
Where can I see Nouvelle near me?
You can see it at both Squarefoot Flooring stores, in Mississauga at 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, and in Barrie at 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4. A full sample under room light reads very differently from a photo, so come compare it in person before deciding.
