Urban Zebra New Style Dark 3D Honed Porcelain Tile 4" x 12"

Urban Zebra New Style Dark is a 3D honed porcelain tile in 4" x 12", part of the Urban Zebra New Style range. The colour is Dark. It has a marble look.

It is 9 mm thick and made in Italy. The edges are rectified. The spec sheet lists slip resistance R9, water absorption 0.5% or less and shade variation V3. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

Each box holds 20 pieces and covers 6.65 sq ft, so a 30 sq ft kitchen backsplash takes 5 boxes, and that still leaves about 10% extra for cuts and spares.

The spec sheet lists it as frost resistant, but an outdoor floor also needs the right slip rating and base, so ask us before planning it outside. At R9 it is not the tile for a shower floor or a wet commercial area.

Our own crews install it. See Urban Zebra New Style Dark at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
