Daltile Modernist Soriano Clay

Modernist Soriano Clay, 36" x 36", covers ground fast and leaves very little grout, which is most of the appeal. Budget for a flat substrate and a second pair of hands. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
