Pris Calacatta is a 12 1/2" x 8 5/8" Porcelain Tile. Porcelain is pressed and fired denser than ceramic, which is what lets it take water, frost and daily traffic. The polished face throws light back into the room, so it reads brighter than a matte tile of the same colour, and shows footmarks sooner. Porcelain of this density is normally specified for floors and walls through the home. The plank shape can run in a straight lay or a herringbone to draw the eye down a room.
