Sarana Tile lists Mywood Miel as a 3" x 19" porcelain tile. The surface carries the grain and figure of sawn timber. On the residential side that covers kitchens, entry foyers and open-plan living areas. Commercially it is specified for retail floors, restaurant dining rooms and hotel lobbies. Sarana catalogues it in Volume 8 on page 135. Sarana prices it by the square foot. Porcelain is pressed and fired dense enough to take water and traffic that a wall-grade ceramic could not.
