Avignon is a 23.6" x 47" Porcelain Tile. Porcelain is pressed and fired denser than ceramic, which is what lets it take water, frost and daily traffic. The natural face is left close to the fired body, with the texture of the press still readable underfoot. Porcelain of this density is normally specified for floors and walls through the home.
