Roberts 7200 Cove Base Adhesive Superior 852 mL

This is 7200 Cove Base Adhesive Superior, a wall base adhesive. It is for vinyl, rubber and carpet wall base. Interior only. An 852 mL container runs to roughly 27 to 34 linear feet with a 3/16" x 5/32" trowel. Open up to 10 minutes, working up to 30, cured in 24 to 48 hours. No MVER figure. Hold the room between 65 and 85F at 65% humidity or less before, during and after. It is approved over porous walls only, so gypsum drywall, brick, concrete block, wood, and cured plaster and concrete. Not on non-porous surfaces, which includes painted walls and metal. Roberts ask for a bond test at least 48 hours before the job. Butter the back of the base to about 90% coverage and keep the adhesive a quarter inch clear of the top edge so it does not squeeze out. Worth checking which 7200 variant your cartridges are, because the sizes on the standard and high-performance sheets differ from each other. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores carry it.
