Roberts 2350 Universal Adhesive 946 mL

2350 Universal Adhesive is a hard-set adhesive for resilient flooring. It is for LVP and LVT, vinyl-backed carpet tile, fibreglass-backed sheet vinyl, rubber sports flooring and rubber tile. Out of a 946 mL pail expect 42 to 47 sq ft using a square 1/16" notch over a porous substrate. Open time up to 15 minutes, working time 60 minutes wet, and it cures in 12 to 24 hours. Pressure sensitive for the first hour, then it cures to a hard set. Rated to 8 lb MVER, 85% slab RH and pH 10. Keep traffic and heavy loads off for 24 to 48 hours. Protect from water for 4 days and from standing water for 30. It is approved over concrete, underlayment-rated plywood, terrazzo, clean wax-free VCT, prepared sheet vinyl, primed gypcrete and radiant floors below 85F. Not over self-stick sheet vinyl. Not for perimeter-adhered flooring, and never fill or cover an expansion joint with it. Interior only. The room needs to be 65 to 95F at 65% humidity or less for 48 hours before, through the job, and 72 hours after, and kept there for the life of the floor. We keep it in Mississauga and Barrie, so you can pick it up with the tile.
