Daltile Gaineswood Elm

Gaineswood Elm, 6" x 24", is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. Because it is porcelain the body is dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
