Olympia Tile Renova Black Matte Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

Natural stone needs sealing and every batch looks different. Renova Black gives you a stone look on porcelain.

In simple terms: Renova Black is a 12x24 stone look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors and out.

It is the matte finish in Black from the Olympia Tile Renova range. The actual size is 11.81" x 23.62", or 30 x 60 cm.

It is 10 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements, shower and bathroom walls, covered porches and patios and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over real stone when you want the look with no sealing.

Each box holds 7 pieces and covers 13.56 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 12 boxes, or 13 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 9 boxes with the 10% extra included.

It is listed for outdoor use, but an outdoor floor also needs the right base and slope, so ask us before planning it outside.

In this size, Renova also comes in Golden Grey, Grey and White. Black also comes in 2" x 2".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Renova Black in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
