Olympia Tile Regal Olive Matte Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

In simple terms: Regal Olive is a 12x24 porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Olive from the Olympia Tile Regal range. The actual size is 11.69" x 23.62", or 29.7 x 60 cm.

It is 9.2 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. It carries a High Plus commercial traffic rating, the top commercial rating listed. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements, shower and bathroom walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over a smaller tile when you want fewer grout lines; pick smaller if the floor is out of level.

Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 15.34 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 8 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls.
