Olympia Tile Regal Chocolate Brown Polished Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

Large tile means fewer grout lines to scrub, and a room reads bigger with them. Regal Chocolate Brown gives you that in 12" x 24".

In simple terms: Regal Chocolate Brown is a 12x24 porcelain tile for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in Chocolate Brown from the Olympia Tile Regal range. The actual size is 11.69" x 23.62", or 29.7 x 60 cm.

It is 8.5 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, hallways away from the entry door, kitchen backsplashes, shower and bathroom walls, feature walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over a smaller tile when you want fewer grout lines; pick smaller if the floor is out of level.

Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 15.34 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft living room floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 8 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet.

In this size, Regal also comes in Blue, Charcoal Black, Dark Grey, Gold and Grey. Chocolate Brown also comes in 12" x 12" and 24" x 24".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Regal Chocolate Brown in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
