Olympia Tile Quebec Galaxy Speer Unglazed Porcelain Cove Base Outside Corner 2" x 2"

A tile job is judged at its edges. Where a cut tile would show its raw body at a corner, a step or a doorway, Quebec Galaxy Speer Cove Base Outside Corner finishes the line in the same colour as the Quebec tile.

In simple terms: Quebec Galaxy Speer Cove Base Outside Corner is a 2x2 porcelain cove base outside corner trim for finishing edges, corners and transitions on floors and walls.

It is the unglazed finish in Galaxy Speer from the Olympia Tile Quebec range.

It is 6 mm thick. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

Use it for the joint where the floor meets the wall, as a tile baseboard, in the same colour as the Quebec field tile. Pick it over a metal edge profile when you want the edge to match the tile instead of framing it.

A corner piece is counted by the corner, not by length: you need one for each corner it finishes, plus a spare. It is sold by the piece.

It is a trim piece for floors and walls, not a field tile, so do not plan it to cover an open floor or wall area.

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it.
