Olympia Tile Oakbricks Walnut Matte Porcelain Tile 2" x 18"

Hardwood does not belong in a wet bathroom or a damp basement. Oakbricks Walnut gives you a wood look on porcelain that can go there.

In simple terms: Oakbricks Walnut is a 2x18 wood look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors and out.

It is the matte finish in Walnut from the Olympia Tile Oakbricks range. The actual size is 1.89" x 17.72", or 4.8 x 45 cm.

It is 9.5 mm thick. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for medium commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits basements, kitchens and bathrooms where hardwood would not stand up to water, kitchen floors, bathroom floors, hallways, shower and bathroom walls and covered porches and patios. Pick it over hardwood or laminate anywhere the floor can get wet.

Each box holds 32 pieces and covers 7.42 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 21 boxes, or 23 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 15 boxes with the 10% extra included.

It is listed for outdoor use, but an outdoor floor also needs the right base and slope, so ask us before planning it outside.
