Olympia Tile Land Beige Matte Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

Patterned cement tile stains and needs sealing. Land Beige gives you the pattern on porcelain.

In simple terms: Land Beige is a 12x24 porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Beige from the Olympia Tile Land range. The actual size is 12.01" x 24.02", or 30.5 x 61 cm.

It is 8.2 mm thick. It is rated for medium commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements and shower and bathroom walls. Pick it over a smaller tile when you want fewer grout lines; pick smaller if the floor is out of level.

Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 16.04 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 7 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls.

In this size, Land also comes in Antracite, Bianco and Grigio.

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Land Beige in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
