Olympia Tile Kerlite Condotti Linen Plus Matte Porcelain Slab 40" x 120"

Fewer grout lines is the reason people choose a slab. At 40" x 120", each piece of Kerlite Condotti Linen Plus covers about 32 sq ft, so a shower wall, a fireplace face or a floor goes up with very few joints to clean.

In simple terms: Kerlite Condotti Linen Plus is a 40x120 porcelain slab for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Condotti Linen Plus from the Olympia Tile Kerlite range. The actual size is 39.37" x 118.11", or 100 x 300 cm.

It is 3.5 mm thick. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for medium commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits feature walls, shower walls, fireplace surrounds and large open floors. Pick it over standard tile when you want the wall or floor to read as one surface.

Each slab covers 32.29 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor takes 4 slabs, and that still leaves about 10% extra for cuts and spares. It is sold by the slab, so you order exactly the count you need. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 4 slabs with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. A slab this size needs a flat substrate and a crew used to handling it; ours are.

In this size, Kerlite also comes in Acero Cream, Argerot Grey, Bourgogne Brown, Cembro Grey and Champagne.

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Kerlite Condotti Linen Plus in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
