Olympia Tile Globe Charcoal Matte Porcelain Tile 24" x 24"

Natural stone needs sealing and every batch looks different. Globe Charcoal gives you a stone look on porcelain.

In simple terms: Globe Charcoal is a 24x24 stone look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Charcoal from the Olympia Tile Globe range. The actual size is 23.62" x 23.62", or 60 x 60 cm.

It is 9.2 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. It carries a High Plus commercial traffic rating, the top commercial rating listed. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements, shower and bathroom walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over real stone when you want the look with no sealing.

Each box holds 4 pieces and covers 15.5 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 8 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls.

In this size, Globe also comes in Grey and White. Charcoal also comes in 12" x 24".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Globe Charcoal in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
