Olympia Tile Eterna Sahara Noir Matte Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

Real marble etches, stains and needs sealing. Eterna Sahara Noir gives you the marble look on porcelain that does not.

In simple terms: Eterna Sahara Noir is a 12x24 marble look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Sahara Noir from the Olympia Tile Eterna range. The actual size is 11.69" x 23.62", or 29.7 x 60 cm.

It is 9.2 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for light commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements and shower and bathroom walls. Pick it over real marble when you want the veining without sealing or etching.

Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 15.5 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 8 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. Its commercial rating is light traffic, so keep it out of busy commercial floors.

In this size, Eterna also comes in Ash, Bone, Calacatta Grey, Calacatta Taupe and Carrara Gioia. Sahara Noir also comes in 24" x 24".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Eterna Sahara Noir in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
