Olympia Tile Eterna Imperial Grey Matte Porcelain Tile 36" x 36"

Real marble etches, stains and needs sealing. Eterna Imperial Grey gives you the marble look on porcelain that does not.

In simple terms: Eterna Imperial Grey is a 36x36 marble look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Imperial Grey from the Olympia Tile Eterna range. The actual size is 35.43" x 35.43", or 90 x 90 cm.

It is 9.8 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements, shower and bathroom walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over real marble when you want the veining without sealing or etching.

Each box holds 2 pieces and covers 17.44 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 9 boxes, or 10 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 7 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls.

In this size, Eterna also comes in Calacatta Grey, Calacatta Taupe and Medium Grey. Imperial Grey also comes in 12" x 24", 24" x 24", 24" x 48", 1" x 3" and 2" x 2".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Eterna Imperial Grey in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
