Olympia Tile District Ivory Matte Porcelain Tile 24" x 24"

Poured concrete floors crack and stain. District Ivory gives you the concrete look on porcelain, without the upkeep.

In simple terms: District Ivory is a 24x24 concrete look porcelain tile for floors and walls, indoors.

It is the matte finish in Ivory from the Olympia Tile District range. The actual size is 23.46" x 23.46", or 59.6 x 59.6 cm.

It is 9 mm thick. The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for high commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, living areas, basements, shower and bathroom walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over real concrete when you want the look with no sealing.

Each box holds 3 pieces and covers 11.62 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 13 boxes, or 15 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 10 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls.

In this size, District also comes in Greige Taupe, Grey, Silver and White. Ivory also comes in 24" x 48".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile District Ivory in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
