Midgley West Segesta Blu Mosaic Tile 2"x2" - Polished

Segesta Blu at 2" x 2" comes on a mesh sheet, which is how you wrap a curve or fill a niche. A polished face looks deeper and brighter than a matte one. It also shows footprints and gets slippery wet, so place it accordingly. Porcelain is fired dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. PEI 5 is the top of the wear scale. It will take commercial traffic without showing it. Work on 10.66 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 11 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
