Midgley West Limestone Ash Tile 12"x24" - Natural

The Limestone Ash in 12" x 24" is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 14 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 8 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
