About this product
Limestone Ash at 2" x 2" is small enough to follow a slope, which is why sheets like this keep turning up on shower floors and in wet rooms. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 7 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 16 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
