Mapei Ultrabond ECO 611 Standard Black Thin-Spread VCT Adhesive 3.7 L

Ultrabond ECO 611 Standard Black Thin-Spread VCT Adhesive is a standard black thin-spread VCT adhesive. It is for vinyl composition tile only, both thin VCT and the 1/8" thickness. A 3.7 L pail is roughly 181 to 239 sq ft with a 1/32" x 1/16" x 1/32" notch, thin VCT. 1/8" VCT takes a square 1/16" notch at 125 to 185 sq ft a gallon. It dries in 30 to 45 minutes, or until it is no longer tacky. Working time is 8 hours. Rated to 5 lb MVER and 80% slab RH, with ambient humidity under 65%. A slab above 5 lb needs a moisture barrier first. Approved substrates are concrete, exterior-grade plywood, cement terrazzo, levelling compounds, one bonded layer of VCT and primed gypsum underlayment. Not for solid vinyl and not for vinyl-backed carpet. Not over asbestos. Interior only. This is the black asphalt-emulsion adhesive, not the clear one. It is not interchangeable with ECO 711, which is clear SBR latex, and it will show through a pale tile. The only sheet available is a 2011 edition. We keep it in Mississauga and Barrie, so you can pick it up with the tile.
