Mapei Kerapoxy Kit Premium epoxy grout 3.78 L White

Kerapoxy Kit Premium epoxy grout in White is a two-part 100% solids epoxy grout, rated to ANSI A118.3, ISO 13007 R2 and RG. It fills joints from 1/16" to 3/8". Resin and hardener are mixed on site and it cleans up with water. A 3.78 L pail does about 156 sq ft over 12" x 12" x 1/2" tile with a 1/8" joint. Pot life is 45 minutes to an hour at room temperature. Light foot traffic at 24 hours and heavy traffic at 48. Full cure is 14 days. Ten to fourteen days before immersion or chemical exposure, longer when it is cold. No sealer required. Not on white or translucent marble, which it can stain. Not in dairies, breweries or high-volume food kitchens, which want the industrial epoxy instead. Do not sheet it over with plastic, and keep unvented propane heaters away while it cures or it yellows. Chemical resistance is per chemical rather than general: excellent against 10% hydrochloric acid, poor against concentrated sulfuric acid and acetone.
