Mapei Kerapoxy CQ Grout 946 mL White

Kerapoxy CQ Grout in White is a two-part 100% solids epoxy grout with colour-coated quartz, rated to ISO 13007, and it cleans up with water. It fills joints from 1/16" to 3/8" and will not sag up to 3/8". Resin and hardener are mixed on site. Mapei tabulate the 1 gallon and 2 gallon kits. There is no 946 mL figure in the data sheet, and no 946 mL kit listed in it either, so confirm the pack before quoting a number for it. Pot life is 45 minutes to an hour at room temperature, and less when it is warm. Light foot traffic at 24 hours and heavy traffic at 48. Ten to fourteen days before immersion or chemical exposure. Routine cleaning after 3 days. No sealer required. Not on white or translucent marble. Not where it gets very hot, since the cured grout holds to about 212F. Check with Mapei before using it on an exterior floor, because the lighter colours can shift. Stain resistance is real but conditional: clean spills promptly and it washes back to its original colour, leave them and they can take hold. Chemical resistance is rated chemical by chemical rather than across the board, excellent against fuels and poor against acetone and xylene, so check the chart if the floor will see solvents.
