Mapei ECO 575 Adhesive Covebase 850 mL

This is ECO 575 Adhesive Covebase, a premium wall base adhesive. It is for vinyl, rubber and carpet wall base, FRP panels and wall carpet. Vertical surfaces, not floors. An 850 mL container runs to roughly 49 to 54 linear feet with a 1/8" saw-tooth notch, on 4" base. No flash time. Working time is 10 to 25 minutes over a porous wall. FRP panels wait 5 to 20 minutes before being set. Mapei give no MVER or RH figure for this one. They ask only that masonry and concrete be free of hydrostatic pressure, checked with a hygrometer. Approved substrates are gypsum wallboard with the paper intact, water-based paint over wallboard, cured patching compounds, exterior-grade plywood, and fully cured masonry and concrete. Not on non-porous paint, wallpaper, vinyl wall covering, laminate, ceramic tile or metal. Not over asbestos. Interior only. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores carry it.
