Mapei ECO 373 Super Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 15 L

ECO 373 Super Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a universal pressure-sensitive multi-flooring adhesive. It is the broadest of the range: LVT and LVP, quartz and bio-based tile, fibreglass-reinforced and solid vinyl sheet, rubber sheet and tile, cork underlayment, and vinyl or polyolefin-backed carpet tile. A 15 L pail is roughly 495 to 733 sq ft with a square 1/16" notch over a porous substrate. Flash 15 to 30 minutes. Working time is up to 12 hours, which is the longest in the range. Aggressively pressure sensitive with high initial tack. Rated to 15 lb MVER, 99% slab RH and pH below 12, which is why it gets used on slabs that defeat the other adhesives. Approved substrates are concrete cured 28 days, exterior-grade plywood, cement terrazzo, levelling compounds, embossing levellers over bonded tile or sheet vinyl, one bonded layer of VCT, and primed gypsum underlayment. Do not lay into wet adhesive over a non-porous substrate, it has to be dry to the touch first. Not over asbestos, not over cutback or any adhesive residue, and not where there is hydrostatic moisture. Not for LVT with known dimensional stability problems or in direct sunlight. Interior only. Edition matters here too. The 2017 sheet gave 8 lb MVER and 90% RH. The current 2025 sheet gives 15 lb and 99%. We keep it in Mississauga and Barrie, so you can pick it up with the tile.
