Mapei Flexcolor CQ Professional Grade 3.78 L White

Flexcolor CQ Professional Grade in White is a ready-to-use grout with colour-coated quartz, rated to ANSI A118.19. It fills joints from 1/16" to 1/2" and needs no mixing. It cures by water evaporating out, not by a cement reaction. Work on about 208 sq ft from a 3.78 L pail over 12" x 12" tile with a 1/8" joint. There is no pot life to race. Start cleaning up 5 to 10 minutes after spreading, once the surface skins over. Light foot traffic at 24 hours, normal traffic at 2 days, heavy commercial at 6 to 7 days. Three days before it sees water, shower use included. No sealer, ever. That is the main reason people choose it. Not submerged, so no pools or hot tubs. Not in steam rooms or saunas. Not on pebble, river rock or irregular tile. Not in joints 1/2" or wider or deeper. Not on commercial kitchen floors or anywhere no-rinse enzymatic cleaners are used. Not under repeated steam cleaning or power washing. It is stain resistant, will not mark the tile beside it once dry, and does not contribute to efflorescence. Test it against glass mosaic and marble before you commit. We keep it in Mississauga and Barrie, so you can pick it up with the tile.
